"we felt the hotel room was very dirty and unkept. we found a towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door from the previous guest. when we inquired at the front desk, we were told "sorry 'bout that". we haven't had any complaints for a long time....no acceptable apology ...we will never stay in this filthy place again. i already emailed my complaint when we arrived home last night to intercontinental hotel group. thank you."
